1. Return Eligibility Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of your purchase date. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns after this period.
2. Return Shipping Costs

If you’re returning an item because of a change of mind, you’ll be responsible for the return shipping fee.
3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If something isn’t working correctly or arrives damaged, notify us within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the return process at no cost to you. Once we receive the item and confirm the issue, we’ll offer a replacement or full refund, including your original shipping charges.
4. Changed Your Mind?
That’s okay—we accept returns for unused items in original packaging within 30 days. You’ll need to cover return shipping, and once we receive the item in like-new condition, we’ll issue a refund for the product minus any shipping fees.
5. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with an update. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund. If it takes longer, contact us at support@backyardandluxe.com and we’ll be happy to assist.
6. Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, depending on the nature of the return. We’ll always let you know ahead of time if this applies to your situation.
