When will my order ship, and how long does delivery take?
Shipping times can vary slightly based on the item, but most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. In-stock items typically arrive within 4 to 7 business days. If an item requires additional handling time, this will be noted clearly on the product page. While delays are rare, we’ll always keep you informed.

What is your return policy?

Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely. You can cancel your order anytime before it ships for a full refund. Just send us a message at support@backyardandluxe.com as soon as possible. Once an item has shipped, cancellations fall under our standard return policy.


What if my order arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival. If the packaging shows signs of damage, note it during delivery or write "suspect damage" on the receipt. If the product itself is damaged, email photos to support@backyardandluxe.com and we’ll take care of a replacement or appropriate resolution.


How do I place an order?

How will I know when my order ships?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation. As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number so you can monitor its journey to your doorstep.


Will I get an email confirmation?
Yes! Every order includes a confirmation email with all the details. Make sure your email address is correct at checkout. We recommend saving the confirmation for your records.


Do you charge sales tax?
We are based in Illinois and only charge sales tax on orders shipping to Illinois. If you’re outside of Illinois, no sales tax will apply—helping you save more.


Can I make changes to my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, changes can be made at no extra cost. Just contact us at support@backyardandluxe.com and we’ll assist right away. If there’s a price adjustment, we’ll either credit or invoice the difference depending on your update.
